Counseling can be done as individual therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy. A parent or guardian must accompany a teenager for the paperwork in the first session.

Confidentiality will be maintained at all times, with some legal exceptions. This means what you say in the counseling room will stay in the counseling room, unless I believe you intend to harm yourself or someone else, or if there is an instance of child abuse or elder abuse. I am what is called a mandated reporter (as are all counselors), meaning that by law I am required to report the dangers mentioned above.

Counseling Fee:
$120 / session

A sliding scale is available to those for whom this fee would be a hardship. We will discuss and agree upon the fee in the first session.
